					<description><![CDATA[Within the Outlook App users have access to the Office 365 Calendar. Calendar is the calendar and scheduling component of Outlook that is fully integrated with email, contacts, and other features. Just as you write in a notebook, you can click any time slot in the Outlook Calendar and start typing. By using the Calendar you can create appointments and events, organize meetings, view group schedules and much more. Calendar consists of various options to personalize its interface to suit the user’s needs. Users find an overview of the Current month (1) with underneath the different calendars (2) to which the user is connected. From the View tab in the Calendar Ribbon users can choose different layouts (3) to make the Calendar overview more intuitive. In the example below a Work Week view is chosen which means that Calendar shows a week that runs from Monday until Friday (4). There are various ways to optimize the Calendar’s interface, by choosing variables like Color, Spacing, Scaling and choosing a position for different Panes.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[It is possible to invite Outlook contacts to a meeting and arrange the scheduling in Calendar. Users can create both a Regular meeting or a Skype meeting. To run a Skype meeting, Skype for Business is required. Before setting up a meeting users can compare calendars to make planning more efficient. In order to compare calendars proceed with the following steps: Click Other Calendars, then Add Calendar and choose From Address Book. Select one or multiple names in the list, click Calendar and save by clicking OK. The selected calendars will now be available in the calendar viewing pane and can be used for comparison.]]></description>
