# Refresh Folders

DMSforLegal uses a queue mechanism to transport email from Outlook to SharePoint, this feature causes delays in delivery and therefore it can be useful to refresh a folder when looking for specific content.

1. Select a folder in the DMSforLegal tree
2. Press **F5** to refresh the contents of a folder, or *Right click* on the folder and select **Reset View** and then **Refresh**.
