# How to file an email on Outlook for iPhone

1. Open the email you want to file
2. Tap the 3 dots in the top right of your email

1. In the menu tap on the blue File email button

1. In the file location options you will see two lists

- _MyMatters: All the matters you are subscribed to
- Matters: All other unsubscribed matters that you are authorized to see

1. Select the location you want to file the email to, and select save

1. You will now see a saving progress screen

1. Once the email has finished filing the filed location will now show with the matter location
