To support our growing Finance team, we’re looking for a Financial Administrator who can help keep our financial processes running smoothly across all our offices.

Your role

As our Financial Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of Epona’s daily financial operations. You’ll make sure everything is accurate, on time, and well-organized — from invoices to reports. You’ll also support our Controller/ CFO and Head of HR with insights and data, using modern apps connected to our ERP system, NetSuite.
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, international setting.

🔍 Your Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Assist with payroll and employee expense claims
  • Support month-end and year-end closings
  • Keep our License Manager up to date
  • Maintain accurate financial records in our accounting system
  •  Collaborate with external accountants and auditors
  • Prepare standard financial reports and assist with ad-hoc requests
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

About you

You’re organized, accurate, and enjoy working with numbers in an international setting. You can juggle multiple tasks and know how important reliable financial data is. You’re service-minded and thrive in a team environment.

What You Bring:

  • MBO+/HBO degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • multi years of experience in financial administration
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Experience with accounting software (Exact, Payhawk, NetSuite or similar)
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Danish; Dutch is a plus
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
