Support/Operations Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Support/Operations Specialist to join our team in Vejle.

Your role

You will be first-level support for our clients regarding their hosted environment and support our employees in internal systems as well.

Our case management system Advosys is an on-prem hosting solution and we have 200+ customers that are running on our hosting platform. You will collaborate closely with our development, second level support, and consultancy teams, bridging the gap between technical operations and user experience. When not working with clients your role will also be to support internal employees (international) and internal systems..


🔍 Your Responsibilities:

  • Support Clients on their hosted environments (Advosys on Microsoft environments) via tickets and phone
  • Provide internal IT support to employees (hardware, software, accounts, connectivity)
  • Manage access rights, permissions, and security policies across environments
  • Monitor system performance and resolve incidents proactively
  • Collaborate with external IT providers and vendors where needed
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes with IT setup and equipment
  • Ensure proper documentation and ensure processes are being followed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and automation initiatives

About you

You are a hands-on, solution-oriented IT professional who enjoys helping customers as well as colleagues while maintaining technical excellence. You’re not afraid to dive into details but also understand the bigger picture of IT stability and data security.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, or systems administration
  • Experience with Microsoft365, SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Exchange Online
  • Understanding of network management, backup, and security principles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
