Support Representative

As a Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with questions and issues related to our software solutions. You will provide support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our support processes and documentation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving (technical) issues
  • Following up on support tickets
  • Handling incoming questions via email, phone, and other customer channels
  • Analyzing reports and escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to provide the best possible service and advice to customers

What do we expect from you?

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in IT or a related field
  • Experience in a support or customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Affinity with software and IT solutions
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft products is a plus
