Do you want to work on innovative software solutions? Epona, located in Made (near Breda), is looking for a driven Technical Consultant to implement and support their unique software. With your knowledge of software installations, data migrations and Microsoft Azure, you will deliver customized solutions and help customers make optimal use of Epona's systems.
Technical Consultant
Epona is a leading supplier of document and e-mail management systems, case management specially designed for legal professionals. The solutions are based on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and offer lawyers and corporate lawyers the opportunity to securely access their documents and e-mails anytime and anywhere. With a focus on innovation and customer focus, Epona helps customers work more efficiently and effectively. They do this from the Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal and the USA.
What will you do?
- Software installation & configuration – Implementing Office COM plugins and other applications.
- Performing data migrations – Transferring data between systems with an eye for quality and integrity.
- PowerShell scripting – Building and maintaining scripts for SharePoint and other Microsoft products.
- Developing technical solutions – Translating functional customer requirements into technical specifications.
- Cloud management in Azure – Setting up and optimizing virtual machines, databases, and cloud services.
- Technical support – Analyzing and solving problems for customers and colleagues.
What do you bring?
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as Technical Consultant or a similar technical position.
- Extensive knowledge of Office COM plugins and software installation processes.
- Experience with data migrations and working with various database systems.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
