Unik Advosys

We have asked
Frie

It's an easy and efficient case management system, even though we're not a traditional law firm. And it integrates well with other systems. We have over 20,000 members who have migrated via another system and it works flawlessly.

An easy and efficient case management system

Frie is a member organization that is aimed at all employees and self-employed people. Frie’s legal department uses Unik Advosys for their individual case processing and document management. The collaboration has made everyday life in Frie’s legal department more efficient, where the integration between their member system and Unik Advosys is particularly crucial.

Ole Østergaard, Legal Manager, lawyer at Frie says: “When we chose Unik Advosys, the decisive factor was, among other things, the ability to work with our member database, which is constantly updated with registrations and cancellations. In our choice of Unik Advosys as our case processing and journaling tool, we also placed particular emphasis on integration with other systems such as the Office package and the CVR register. In addition, we have placed great emphasis on personal data security and the possibility of simple communication with our members.”

Unik Advosys brings everything together in one place and provides a better overview

With Unik Advosys, you don’t have to handle your cases in a combination of the Office package, Outlook’s folder structure, a file drive and various IT systems. You get a comprehensive solution that ensures you have an overview every day.

“We have everything together in one place, both correspondence, documents, etc. It gives us a better overview in everyday life and it is a quantum leap for us compared to the system we had before, which was not designed for a legal department that handles individual cases,” says Ole Østergaard and continues: “There is also no doubt that there are clear advantages to integrating with Outlook, Excel, the CPR register, etc.”

Frie has got off to a good start in Unik Advosys

We help new customers get started with Unik Advosys. Our strong team of consultants and supporters helps throughout the entire process. During the implementation phase, the customer is assigned their own consultants and supporters who get to know them and their workflows.

“The implementation was impeccable. We were assigned a permanent consultant, Anne, who helped us get well-equipped to work with Unik Advosys, among other things through courses”.

“It was exactly as it should be. There was good backup – when we had questions, we got answers and the little things that arose were corrected and paradigms were adjusted and things went better than I had thought. It went really well”, says Ole Østergaard.

Epona has been developing innovative industry software for more than 30 years – through close and trusting collaborations. This equips us to create flexible and result-creating solutions that put the user’s everyday life at the center.

Bettina Gravad says: “In the collaboration with Epona, we experience good service, that we are listened to and that we have the opportunity to create requests for the program. We are all busy sometimes – also in the support at Epona, but they take our inquiries seriously and do what they can to find a solution immediately.”

“All in all, Unik Advosys is very user-friendly. And at the same time very time-saving. Unik Advosys is particularly good in connection with journaling, where I can do everything from journaling, renaming and time registration in one and the same workflow,” concludes Bettina Gravad.

Close and stable cooperation

“Unik Advosys is stable in operation and daily life. It is nice to have a solution that is proven, it is not a new product, but it is constantly being developed. For example, we now have CVR integration, so we can check against the CVR register. It is a small thing, but it shows that Unik is not lagging behind the needs of customers”

“We need a case management system for individual case processing and Unik Advosys fully meets our expectations and the stability is good” concludes Ole Østergaard.
