The Dynamic invoicing module makes it easy and quick to prepare cases for invoicing, so you can do it continuously throughout the year and avoid the busy invoicing month in December.

Time saved, errors minimized and liquidity secured

In many places, it is still common practice that a very large part of the turnover is invoiced at the end of the year in the legal industry. This means that a lot of invoices are prepared in December, but it creates extra busyness, risk of errors and lack of liquidity during the year.

We therefore recommend that you invoice the cases at a fixed interval, e.g. every month or every quarter. Cases that are not completed should be invoiced on account. When you invoice at fixed short intervals, you increase your liquidity and there is a greater likelihood that clients will pay because they receive an invoice at a time when they can remember what has been agreed and carried out – and the risk of losses on debtors is minimized.

How does it work?

With Dynamic Invoicing, you get a tool to quickly get an overview of which cases can/should be invoiced. It is easy to adjust the fee and the fee statement and send the cases for approval.

The module contains functions for the approval process and for sending the cases for invoicing. In addition, you can quickly prepare the invoice.

With a few clicks, you prepare invoices for invoicing and possibly leave the work of approval and final invoicing to another employee. See two examples of handling the process in the red box.

There are thus different options, as the module is flexible and can be divided into several steps: Preparation – Approval – Completion.

What does it cost and how do I get started?

The price depends on the number of users.

It is easy and quick to get started. It is of course important that you register time on your tasks in order to be able to invoice on account, but in addition, you only need to spend a few hours setting up via distance learning and otherwise deciding how often you want to invoice your customers.
