You get an overview of the reported claims and you can work with the reports with the standard status codes in the bankruptcy order. The status codes make it easy to select claims for review, add a recommendation and subsequently approve or reject claims.
In addition, you can use the claim list to sort and sum up exactly as you need. You can also handle debtors easily and simply, to quickly send a denunciation. And both creditor and debtor information can be imported from an Excel file, with a very simple setup.
More smart features for bankruptcy processing
You can add all the templates for creditor information (circular letters) that you need in addition to the already included standards. There are tools to handle the mailing by email.
You can also create information for the estate inventory with various tools, and you will be able to reuse the case’s entries in your estate accounting. The estate inventory also handles the VAT accounting.
Distribution calculation is done in relation to the approved reported claims and in the bankruptcy order, and distribution can be done via the Unik Advosys Bankruptcy module. There is also the option of linking the module to a payment agent, so that distribution is made to the recipient’s Nemkonto.
