Trade Processing Module

The transaction module ensures targeted and functional processing of transactions, and an overview of the relevant information in the case, regardless of whether you are the one correcting the transaction or representing the other party in the transaction.

The fields for information in the transaction module are automatically adjusted according to the property type you choose.

The financing of the transaction has its own screen in the module, where you enter the information for the correction of the purchase price.

If private mortgage deed(s) are to be created, you have the option of creating information for this, and you can create the required credit information and amortization plan for new private mortgage deeds.

The module contains a well-developed template package with transfer agreements, reimbursement statement, standard mortgage deed form, standard forms for cancellation agreement, change of ownership insurance and condition report/opt-out of condition report.
