Optimize and simplify the process of creating an electronic collection, e.g. extract, material collection, M&A binder, etc.

PDF++ Legal Binder builds your collection with a few clicks and automatically generates the table of contents with links and bookmarks. Your end product is a high-quality file that is easy to use both in writing and electronically.

You can make changes to the “table of contents” with a few clicks or drag-and-drop.

You can create strikethroughs for e.g. extract work when opening from Legal Binder and the opposing party’s or colleague’s strikethroughs can be easily imported back into the project. The strikethrough is intuitive and follows the lawyer’s needs to meet the courts as standard.

Example of the easy and transparent workflow:
