When RavenLaw’s IT Support team approached Epona, they were seeking a way to simplify providing a way for RavenLaw’s lawyers and support staff to get access to their client documents, file emails with case documents, and back up content, all during the time of Covid 19.
Moreover, the IT Group, and the firm itself wanted to make sure that the learning curve was shallow in that the users would continue to use the programs like Outlook, Word, Excel and so on that they were already familiar with, and that using the DMS was easy and didn’t require a lot of individuated learning.
