Serving your legal operations team

When the legal department at Operative was managing content, they relied on a structured hierarchy of Box folders. Each document version was saved as a new file, complete with a version number and explanation. Although Microsoft Teams had recently been introduced for collaboration, the practice of saving every new version in the Box folders continued, particularly when documents were exchanged with external parties to ensure accurate tracking.

Seamless integration

How Microsoft 365 streamlined legal operations at operative

When Operative adopted Microsoft Office 365, it was a natural fit for the legal department. By 2019, the company was well-integrated with Microsoft 365, so the transition was smooth. This streamlined the review process and aligned with existing workflows, proving ideal for the department.
