Users can easily tag any document for promotion to the KMS, where the firms/departments librarian can then determine if the submitted knowledge document is of value.

Once the librarian is able to review the document and remove any client/customer data from the document, they can then properly classify, date stamp, and more, before promoting the document into the library for access by the users of the firm/department.

Users can access their knowledge documents from a web browser or Microsoft Office products .
Secure
Once the documents are in the system, they will remain secure in your Microsoft365 tenant, using the security models that you establish within Microsoft itself. Epona is not a host and does not control your content.

Using Tagging, Grouping, and other configurable settings, the knowledge documents are easy to find and can even have related documents (document association) from one Knowledge Document to another.
