Estate of deceased
If you only have 8-10 estates per year, it is worth purchasing the estate module.
You work purposefully with the processing of your estates. Register all important information about the estate, heirs, assets and liabilities, and how the inheritance is distributed.
The estate module also streamlines your case processing with automatic payment of inheritances and posting in the cash journal.
Bankruptcy
You work efficiently with creditor information, notifications and the list of claims, and can get a quick overview of reported/approved claims in the bankruptcy order. You easily handle VAT accounting and quickly retrieve entries from the case’s bank card for the estate inventory. You also automatically calculate the distribution.
Debt collection
Get an overview of your debt collection cases and streamline your case processing. For general, partnership, mortgage and rent collection, the module helps you make the work process easier and the overview greater.
Debt relief
Do you work with debt restructuring cases and do you need a tool to handle the cases?
The system gives you an overview of the applicants’ financial development over a 5-year period. You quickly become aware of factors that affect the settlement, for example, the solution takes into account if the applicant has children. As with the other modules, you can reuse entered data so that you do not have to do double work.
Trade processing
Case processing becomes more efficient and you maintain an overview throughout. The trading module can handle all property types and comes with standard templates for the different types of properties, and extras can be easily added. The trading module has all the functions for preparing and calculating reimbursement amounts, etc. With the trading module, you can create information for mortgage deeds, including amortization schedules and credit information.
Probate Portal
Automatically import registered claims directly from the Skifteportalen into the case in Advosys. This way, you don’t have to keep an eye on whether there are any reports on the Probate Portal. You also avoid manually searching and entering data, which saves you time.
