In Status, you have an overview of the creditors and the reported claims and can create any assets. You can prepare budgets and children’s budgets, make availability calculations and changes to the budget.
When distributing, you will see the calculated dividend with the monthly payments including changes.
Based on the information created, you can create debt restructuring proposals, and you can also handle cases with 2 debt restructuring applicants and cases where debt arose before cohabitation.
The module includes an expanded standard paradigm collection.
It is also possible to transfer the remaining claim from distributed bankruptcy applications to applications in debt restructuring. The prerequisite is that you have module access to the bankruptcy module and a distribution in bankruptcy has been created.
